BUYING TICKETS:
You may make a reservation by phone and pay in cash when you pick up your tickets or you may purchase tickets online with a credit card. All Festival Passes may be purchased before any DIVAfest show (make sure to make reservations). All Festival Passes are good for one person and are not transferable.
TO RESERVE TICKETS & PAY AT THE DOOR: Make a reservation for the show(s) of your choice by calling 415-673-3847. Leave your name, the show, date and time you want to attend, and the number of tickets you would like. No one will call you back to confirm but we will hold those tickets until 15 minutes before the show. Tickets are cash only at the box office.
TO PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE: CLICK HERE. Sorry, sliding scale tickets are not available online (only $20 tickets for 8pm shows, $10 for 3pm and 10pm shows, and $5 for 6pm staged readings.
Performances at DIVAfest are at the following locations in downtown San Francisco:
EXIT Theatre, EXIT Stage Left, and the EXIT Cafe (156 Eddy Street, between Mason and Taylor)
and EXIT on Taylor (277 Taylor Street, between Eddy and Ellis)
EXIT Theatre, EXIT Stage Left, EXIT Cafe, and EXIT on Taylor are all near the corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets in downtown San Francisco. They are located two blocks west of the Cable Car turnaround (and BART and MUNI subway stations) at Powell and Market Streets.
BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION take BART, the MUNI underground, or any MUNI bus on Market Street and exit at the Powell and Market station. Eddy Street begins at Hallidie Plaza and the theaters are two blocks West at the corner of Eddy and Taylor.
PARKING: there is a parking lot at the corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets, adjacent to the theaters, which provides supervised parking, usually for $15. The closest public parking garage is the Ellis O'Farrell Parking Garage across from Macy's. Enter from O'Farrell Street between Powell and Stockton. The theaters are about four blocks West of the garage.
DRIVING FROM THE EAST BAY. Just after reaching San Francisco on the Bay Bridge, take the Fifth Street off ramp, continue West to Sixth Street and turn North. Continuing North on Sixth Street you cross Market Street onto Taylor Street. Two blocks North of Market you will be at the corner of Eddy and Taylor where there is a parking lot adjacent to EXIT Theatre, EXIT Stage Left, EXIT Cafe and across the street from EXIT on Taylor.
DRIVING FROM THE SOUTH BAY. Take either the Sixth Street exit from Highway 280 or the Seventh Street exit from Highway 101, continue North on Sixth Street across Market Street to the corner of Eddy and Taylor, where the theaters are located and there is a supervised parking lot.
DRIVING FROM THE NORTH BAY. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge, enter San Francisco and continue East on Lombard Street, turn South (right) on Van Ness Avenue and about two mile later turn East (left) onto Eddy Street and continue six blocks until you reach the corner of Eddy and Taylor Streets, where the theaters are located and there is a supervised parking lot.
