SF FRINGE 2005 PUBLICITY INFORMATION FORM
	The Fringe Festival needs information to publicize your show. Please complete this form and click SUBMIT at the bottom of this page by February 28, 2005. If you have photos or art this early please send them (CLICK HERE for info on sending artwork).    CONTACT INFORMATION Company Name:     Website:   Title of Show:    City of Origin:    Contact Person:    Contact Phone:    Contact email:       SHOW INFORMATION SOUND BITE: Give us 1-2 punchy, intriguing, exciting sentences describing what your performance is about.  MEDIA:  List any recent media coverage you have received or names of journalists who have covered your work. UNIQUE ANGLE:  Is there something particularly unique about your work -- an "angle" ? For example, is your work of interest to a specific community -- LGBT/ gay, Asian, Jewish, disabled, etc. PERFORMERS:  List performer names and character, past credits or other interesting information.  AUTHOR/ ORIGINATOR:  Who created the work? How did it come about? Is there something interesting about the process or author?  DIRECTOR DESIGNERS OTHER ARTISTS:   List other artists, past credits, other items of interest. OTHER INFO:  Past credits of the company, past performances (where/when) and other items of interest.  Click the SUBMIT button to send this information to the Fringe and the Publicist. Send it with whatever information you have by February 28. If other information of interest becomes available submit it again using this form. 	For sending photos and artwork: Photos or artwork should be emailed to mail@sffringe.org as a jpeg attachment. They should be at least 5 x 7 inches and 300 dpi. We will be distributing the photos through the Fringe website.
