TECH SCHEDULE

Regarding the scheduling of your (1) 2.5 hour tech rehearsal, remember:

• You COULD be scheduled any time between 10am-midnight from Saturday August 30 - Tuesday September 2.
• Tuesday September 2 will be generally reserved for out of town performers.
• If you're an out-o-townie and would PREFER something earlier, make sure I know.
• Additional "rehearsal time" after August 23 will not be available in any space.
• Remember Monday September 1 is Labor Day..
• This all notwithstanding, I will attempt to accommodate all preferences.

Please let me know any time issues you may have. Once I create the schedule & communicate it (by August 8), it is VERY difficult to make changes (dominoes and their effect, you know).
