2008 San Francisco Fringe Festival Volunteer Form Thank you for considering being a volunteer for the San Francisco Fringe Festival. The SF Fringe is the largest grass roots theater festival in the Bay Area and it would not be possible without dedicated volunteers such as yourself. The Fringe Festival is unique because it is open to all performers and the companies receive 100% of the ticket sales. Over 100 volunteers provide important box office, ushering, volunteer desk and other services for the festival. As a thank you, vounteers receive a commemorative fringe t-shirt, free attendance to fringe shows on a space available basis, and our undying gratitude. Volunteers either work box office or usher during the festival. There are also opportunties before the festival with mailings, preparing the venues, and other activities. Fringe Festival Volunteer Shifts SATURDAY AFTERNOON shifts are from noon to 6pm SATURDAY EVENING shifts are from 6pm to 11pm SUNDAY AFTERNOON shifts are from noon to 5pm SUNDAY EVENING shifts are from 4:30pm to 9:30pm WEEKDAY EVENING shifts are from 6pm to 11pm To help us schedule volunteer shifts, please check the boxes for the shifts that you ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
