'Not satisfied with selling his own soul to the Devil in exchange for wealth, power and three cases of imported Welsh mutton; the good Doctor Faustus barters away the soul of Wagner his faithful manservant also. Thus begins one servingman's desperate struggle for his immortal soul; a pitched battle with the Prince of Darkness himself, to escape everlasting damnation and thereby avoid spending the rest of eternity toasting his marshmallows in the sulphurous depths.'

At the end of 1999 Random Acts Theatre Company performed "Hamlet" at
the Noe Valley Ministry here in San Francisco; and most recently were delighted to be a part of the Bay Area Shakespeare Marathon where they performed "The Merchant of Venice".
