Remember when you were a kid and were dropped off at the movies with your friends or brother and it was a really scary movie and the part where they go into the old house and the girl , for no reason , wanders off. And why is it always the girl? And she goes up the stairs and down the hall to the very last room and opens the door and it's really , really , really dark in there and she clicks on the light and it doesn't work and a cat jumps out and she drops her flashlight and now it doesn't work and she still starts to go in and you all start shouting ,"Don't go in there! Don't go in there!" , but she goes in anyway and you look at each other and say, "how dumb is that?" Remember? Well , this is that room and it's really , really , really dark in there. "Don't go in there!"

See this play if you fall into at least two of the following catagories:

-You are a member of W.U.F.F. or Men Who Dare
-You know Ruby Unger and want to support her
-Are heterosexual and have never questioned this (and live in Marin)
-Are over 50
-Are really into plastic fish

Otherwise, you're bound to find other people around you laughing without knowing why.

We didn't............Probably should leave it at that and not risk my DO BEE status. And now I have to change my "most naughty deed" questionare response.[ and WHAT was the deal with those questionaires?] This is a very nice ,sincere, for real , energetic lady [hey, she use to be Miss Nancy on Romper Room] but this "show" did not connect with us at all. Kind of "power trout" pep talk [ mildly amusing for a couple of minutes] , sing along with the WUFF song and trek through the family album thing[ terminal only child disease and I have to look at pictures when I visit my own relatives]. Perhaps if you hung out at Silloettes Bar 20 years ago and sang the W.U.F.F song[women united for fun] and the Men Who Dare Song this show might have some nostalgic resonance for you. Herb Caen thought it was a cute act back then. But times change. Herb Caen is dead. And THE LITTLE MAN has left the house............On the other hand you do exit with a rubber power trout and the magic career enhancing , "So, who gets the blow jobs around here."
