I totally enjoyed this one-man play. It helped me look past the wheelchair
so I could see the person sitting in it and understand something of the
frustration and pain he experiences in the most everyday situations (as
well as the humor). Mr. Parks used different voices to show me the different
people who have influenced him along the way, and made it easy for me to
see those characters. This show is well worth seeing.

This show is funny, honest, and enlightening. While laughing about what
Mr. Parks is saying, the audience is also learning something about MS and
the Christian Science religion. Highly recommended!

A very funny, poignant monologue of vignettes on the life and family background
of a man with MS. Since the actor is in his wheelchair the whole time, he
needs to convey everything through his voice - which he does masterfully.
Good staging and use of visuals. However, the play structure, particularly
the ending, could use some work.

Good concept, but needs massive editing. Kept waiting to find out how his
Christian Scientist background affected his and his family's response to
his MS - never came.
