Watch as our studio audience takes part in the most watched television variety-talk show on stage. With America’s favorite live on-stage TV variety-talk show hostess, the fabulous and flamboyant, Dollya Hoffman-Kaufman-Stein-Steinberg. “…just an Oak-town girl living in her NY world.” A hilarious and surprising 60 minute multi-media extravaganza. Not to mention, they get to see the hottest stars and the most fabulous variety acts on our TV stage.

The character Dollya H.K.S.S-berg was created by Dalia Vidor, while working in the office of a small theatre company in San Francisco - which shall remain nameless, but let us just say the character was born out of this theater’s clientele.Ê

From the office, Ms. H.K.S.S-berg took to the stage as the Tumler/Emcee in Borscht Belt By the Bay at A Traveling Jewish Theatre. There, she charmed audiences with her overly-friendly and flirtatious manner; some even claimed to have known her “back in the old days” in the Catskills Mountains.

In April 2001 Dollya achieved her life-long dream of performing in her own show, and became the hostess of Unnatural Acts, a vaudeville cabaret. Performing mostly monthly in and around San Francisco until the mid-end of 2002, Dollya tickled audiences with her dry wit and funny humor, as she tripped on and off stage, forgetting guests names and guzzling “g & t’s” from pint glasses. Although she always tried, (really hard!), Dollya never met a future husband at Unnatural Acts.

From there she cut a deal with an unnamed television station for a late-late night/early-early morning variety-talk show – Hello Dollya which has been a hit in her mind since its premiere,at the 2003 San Francisco Fringe Festival.
