Welcome to the intersection of Ludlow and Canal, where Greek Tragedy
collides with slapstick comedy; sitcoms are remixed with a cubist beat;
and Knock Knock jokes spin wildly out of control. Springing from New York's
alternative comedy scene, Ludlow and Canal uses the sketch format to deconstruct
the patterns, forms, and cliches of comedy, repackaging them in surprising
and insightful ways. That, and it's like, funny, too.
Written and Directed by Andy Miara
Most recently, Andy Miara wrote and directed "The Rise (and Fall
and Ultimate Triumph) of Bruce Thunderkiss" which played March 2003
in The Noh Space.
