The Ice Capades routine alone is worth the price of admission. These guys are tight, funny, and capable of invoking concepts (Twyla Tharp in just three steps, for example) with a minimum of effort. Dom and Bella, the two main characters, don't have a clue and that's what makes them so endearing. I'm glad to hear the show is selling out (in terms of packed houses, of course), 'cause they deserve it

Great choreography! Great costumes (especially the ice skating ones). Great french. Great EVERYTHING. Lots of fun to be had in an hour.

The actors protraying the naive and incredibly self-absorbed "Bella" and "Dom" are incredibly talented and I was smiling the whole time. The french accents by the way, flawless. But the ocean scene was over the top incredible. The characters blend of whimsy and "stab-their own mom in the back for their craft" came through in a way that you'd want to laugh, but then you liked them so much that you wanted them to get a break.... If only to sustain the myopic bubble of Taffy, their star-struck and equally culpable tour promotor. Diane Karagienakos was terrific. The very physical comedy Todd Pickering was perfectly balanced against the go-go-esque Diane. The scenes move very quickly, and in each one, a delight,an unexpected facial expression or play on words. It was very, very entertaining. I don't know how much these 3 actors could see with the lights in their eyes and the audience in darkness, but I will tell you, the crowd was swept by the ice skating scene. Open mouth, slack jaw, agog. Both cute and punning, the actors' eye for detail in that correography alone was worth 5 times the ticket price....... we got a bargain....we got to watch a star rising.

Pee your pants funny. I giggled hysterically through the entire play and was blown away by the ice skating! There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

This is great. I can't tell you anything I liked without telling you too much because it's all so damn twisted and very funny. Suffice to say that this autobiographical sketch of the international stars Dom Casual and Bella Hagen has to be seen to be appreciated. Who knew what one self-published book of poetry could lead to???

Fun show! Dom and Bella are very well developed personas. They are passionately bohemian in their artistic pursuits. The piece is brilliantly choreographed with just enough sincerity to evoke rumblings of laughter throughout the crowd. I particularly enjoyed the opening poetry reading sequence and the Ice Capades finale. Very 'fringey' and well worth an $8 investment.
