Play: Get Laughs or Die Tryin'

Although not as funny as "Me Laugh You Long Time" this year's OPM show was definitely an improvement over the recent years. Most of the skits were funny haha, and only a few were funny weird (the subway skit). The cast is noticeably smaller than before and contains many new faces. But they seemed to work around those issues, changing quickly between skits and having the veterans heavily involved, although the newcomers did well also especially Shenika(sp?).

Good writing, sharp direction, really good performances, and very funny. Go see this one.

OPM returns triumphantly to the Bay Area with yet another kick-ass show of great sketch comedy. Best hour I've spent at the Fringe.

This is the third OPM Fringe production I've seen, and while I've really enjoyed their previous work, I believe that this one is their strongest yet. Great cast, great skits. I was crying with laughter, and I really hope to see it again.

I thought it was an ok show. There are some good moments with the exotic dancer skit and train scene. The big things that were missing were punching the tag lines at the end and some comedic timing issues. The skits didn't have that tagline that worked at the end so it felt like the skits weren't finished. It also felt like the actors quickly said the end line to get off the stage to hurry up and get ready for the next skit. It's not a bad show.
