Cosmopolitan meets The Stepford Wives meets The Venture Bros in this sci-fi satire on women's magazines. Courtney McLean is dorky and single everywoman Jane Fuller, who reluctantly caves to society's pressures after *$@%ing a Hollywood heartthrob and unwittingly becomes a pawn in the plot to brainwash the women of Earth!

"Clone Courtney as many times as you need for kick-ass theatre guaranteed" Scott Stein, Maxim magazine
"McLean tears at breakneck speed through a universe of colorful characters… and so accomplishes the highest moral function of theater to promote understanding." DC Theatre Reviews

Born in California, Courtney was raised in Orange County and we all knew her future in performance was inevitable after years of changing clothes 6 times a day. She made her theatrical debut as the Ghost Of Christmas Present in her 5th grade class' production of that one Christmas show. She forgot her lines, but if the shit-eating grin on her face was any indicator, she had found her calling.

Courtney earned her Bachelor's in Theatre at UC San Diego. Her favorite roles include Bette in "The Marriage of Bette and Boo," Rosalind in "As You Like It," and Wendla in "Spring Awakening." After graduation, she wrote and performed her first one-woman show, "Normal-C," to raving audiences just before relocating to New York to pursue acting professionally. However, Courtney hates auditioning, so she wound up performing in the NYC standup comedy circuit at clubs like the Comedy Cellar, Mo Pitkins', Stand-Up NY, and Gotham Comedy Club and opening up for such acts as Ted Alejandro, Orny Adams and Rick Shapiro.
